Fall Joy Practice: Pumpkin Spice Beverages

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14

We can experience beauty through all of our senses.

Today, find a sliver of time to drink in the beauty of the day and the season through all of your senses.

Make yourself a fancy fall bevie, and take a few deep breaths noticing what is around you. What do you hear? What do you see? What do you smell? How does your special drink taste? What do you want to say to God in this moment?

Use the flavor matrix below to infuse fall flavors into your hot beverage of choice!

Pumpkin Pie Spice
Honey or Simple Syrup
